- **誰のものか、分かる棚**: 作家さんや常連さんの作品、店長が選んだ北海道のもの。誰の手仕事かが伝わるように載せます。
- **糸も、少しずつ**: 手染め糸も扱います。色のメモや染めた日のことも、商品写真だけではなく残していきます。
- **カフェの片隅にも少し**: オンラインが中心ですが、Cafe Pon Kotan でも少し見られるようにしたいです。食べる場所と作るものが、ゆるく近くにある感じです。
- **運用について**: 商品・在庫・作家さんの管理は Atelier EC（別リポジトリ urokogumo/kotan-atelier）で進めます。urokogumo の他サイトのような Slack /fix での見た目改修対象ではありません。公開ドメインの切替は準備ができてから行います。
